Orders will ship within 2-3 business days via UPS shipping times will then depend on distance.

Shipping fees are calculated by weight.

International customers: Your country may charge you an import tax or duty when your item is delivered.

Your order is ALWAYS shipped insured, and if there are any problems with it, please contact the shipping provider (UPS). You can submit a claim with them but Coolkicks can't replace items damaged in transit.

We pay for insurance so you are covered when you contact the carriers.
